• We strive to display our fabric weaves, finishes, and colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to device display configurations.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or inventory inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment Terms

• We support payments through Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) and Store Pickup.
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order suspected of commercial reselling, fraudulent transaction flags, or address inaccuracies. In such events for prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed immediately.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

• Free Shipping: Orders valued at ₹500 and above qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹500 incur a flat ₹50 shipping fee.
• Delivery Timelines: Deliveries within Tamil Nadu and South India typically take 2–4 business days. Pan-India shipments generally arrive in 4–7 business days.
• Store Pickup: If you select Store Pickup, please wait for our pickup readiness confirmation before arriving at our store in Kolathur, Chennai. A valid Order ID must be presented upon collection.

All brand marks, logos, original apparel photographs, designs, layouts, and site text are the exclusive intellectual property of Aymar Passion. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial scraping, or re-use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions completed on this site are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
