Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the day your package is delivered or picked up directly from our Kolathur, Chennai store location. Requests raised after this period cannot be accommodated.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a smooth quality check approval:

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.
• Original Product Verification: Return and exchange requests must include clear photos of the received item showing original branding and condition.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear, compression underwear, and sports socks are final sale and cannot be returned unless verified defective upon delivery.
• Items purchased in clearance or final sale events are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a package that arrived damaged or contains the wrong size/style, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide unboxing photos or videos showing the issue to support@aymarpassion.com or via WhatsApp, and we will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost.

Reverse Logistics & Shipping Charges

• Size Exchanges: Your first size exchange is processed with complimentary reverse pickup across all serviced PIN codes.
• Returns for Refund: If you request a return for refund rather than an exchange, a flat courier reverse-pickup fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
• Store Pickup Orders: Items collected at our Chennai store can be brought back to the store for instant physical verification and replacement.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item reaches our fulfillment center and passes inspection (28–48 hours from arrival):

• Prepaid Orders (Razorpay / UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refunds are credited directly back to the original source within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be sent via direct UPI transfer or NEFT after account verification.
